Re-thinking homelessness prevention
This document is intended to explore the roles of councils so that they can begin to rethink homelessness prevention. At the heart of this research was a recognition that the way we talk about homelessness prevention needs to change, recognising the vital importance of upstream cross-service prevention work in local homelessness systems, and the role of councils, their partners and central government policy in delivering this work.
