HSAB Publication of Safeguarding Adult Reviews
The Hampshire Safeguarding Adults Board has today published two independent Safeguarding Adults Reviews (SARs):
- SAR Report for Sam – This report covers the circumstances surrounding the death in 2018 of Sam who was 22 years old. The introductory statement, family statement, SAR Report and Learning Summary can be found on the HSAB website here:
